1. Eat healthy:

2. Exercise:

4. Cleanse your eyes and face more often:
The pollution levels have increased and it is time to use your face wash more often. Do not let the soil particles get into your pores. Wash your eyes thrice a day. Let them relax from the computer and phone screen for a while.
5. Sleep:
Take proper sleep for 7-8 hours every day. Do not let lack of sleep be the reason for your dark circles. Proper sleep ensures that your mind stays alert and fresh during the daytime. Remember that sleeping for more than 8 hours is also harmful for the body. Follow a daily sleep routine and stick to it. Your body will start signalling you to sleep and wake up at the same time thereafter. You will also become an early riser soon when you feel better each day with the above mentioned steps.
